Benoit has over 20 years of National and International coaching experience. Before coming to Evolution (Team Elan) in 2006, Benoit coached Les Supremes Junior and Senior in Canada. His teams were six-time world competitors. Since coming to Evolution, his Senior team has competed internationally 3 times and his Novice team competed in Sweden. Benoit travels around the world to help choreograph programs for other teams.

Courtney has been skating for 11 years and doing synchro for 10 years. She has been coached by Brooke and Benoit for many years and has been a member of International and Junior World synchro teams for 7 years. She has competed in 4 different countries 9 different times for synchro! Courtney was a member of Evolution's Senior team for the last 3 years and has also helped coach Pre-Juvenile and Preliminary. Courtney is also teaches Kindergarten.
